The house has 2 levels, each level has 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 full bathroom one living room, coin laundry operated in the lower level.
Q. – Will I have to share the bedroom and kitchen with others?
You share the kitchen with others, you don’t share the bedrooms.
Q. – Will there be any deposit other than monthly rent?
Yes there is a deposit of $200.00; this deposit is for CLEANING THE PREMISES before and after moving, and any adjustments for utilities at the end of the 12-month lease.
Q- will there be any contract which to be signed?

Q. – How far is it from University of Waterloo?
Students have told me takes less than15mn walk to University of Waterloo or Laurier University, by buss 10mn, by bicycle 7mn.
Q. -What will be the rent per month for single room?
Our rooms rate is $460.00/month, are furnished all included, heat, hydro and water. Except phone, TV cable and Internet.
Q. – Is there a dishwasher in the kitchen?
Yes, in the upper level.
Q. – How close is the grocery store?
Every thing is in 10-15 mn. Walking distance, malls, banks, stores, restaurants, grocery stores, boo stores, office supplies, hotels, bars, etc.
Q. – Can we sign the lease online? and where do I go?
Yes, we can sign a lease online. Simply download, complete and sign the application form in the “Ready Now” tab. Once you’ve reviewed the application, please sign and send it to me. You can email the signed application directly to me at info @ waterloostudentrentals.ca. Once I receive it, I will be in touch via email to complete the agreement.
